Since its establishment, Qingdao Technical College has adhered to the nation’s guiding principle for education and kept a right educating orientation. Qingdao Technical College has grown to become a well-known full-time college with profound culture, distinctive academic characteristics and has won such awards as Key Exemplary Vocational College of Shandong Province, Advanced Units of Vocational Education in China and one of the first batch of National Exemplary Vocational Colleges. Especially in the recent 10 years, your college follows the motto of Learning for Doing and educating mode of Real-world Interaction, optimizing the process of teaching and training in real-life vocational settings, and has greatly improved your educating scale, level, conditions, quality and social serving abilities. Qingdao Technical College has made great contributions to the local social and economic development with many skilled talents and research achievements.
Education plays a vital role in the social development. Currently, Qingdao is grasping the historical opportunity to construct a harmonious livable city within Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Region. Meanwhile, as an experimental city on higher vocational education reform, Qingdao’s vocational education is facing a new chance.
