Subsequent to the training for its 20 staff in 2010(see details), QTC again sent 18 of its newly appointed deans and people in senior managerial position toNanyang Polytechnic(NYP), Singapore to receive a two-week’s leadership training from July 31st to August 13. The training, focusing on NYP’s education philosophies and administration, is the first time for QTC to send its deans and people in senior managerial position abroad to receive such training.

Prof. Qin Chuan, Vice President, when seeing them off at Qingdao Airport on July 30th, expressed his best wishes as well as the learning requirements: more active learning, thinking, and communication.

Chen Xuren, on behalf of the training team, said they would take full advantage of this opportunity to learn the advanced teaching and administrative philosophies, and further deepen their recognition of QTC’s educational mode of Real World Interaction.
