2016-03-29 16:03

On July 25, Two QTC staff, Sun Luan and Zhu Haiyan from School of Tourism and International Cooperation (STIC) started their learning journey atWaiariki Institute of Technology, New Zealand, a QTC overseas partner involving full-time students educating on Tourism Management.

The two-month study in New Zealand, focusing on Tourism Management in terms of exchanging, researching and further cooperation etc, has been a result of the new memo signed between QTC and Waiariki in February this year.

Both QTC and Waiariki attach great importance to the two teachers training in New Zealand. Before their departure, Vice President Qin Chuan, as a seeing off, talked with them and expressed his hopes and requirements (see details), and Dr. Pim Borren, Chief Executive of Waiariki, gave them a welcome at his office on their arrival (see details).
