7 Holland education specialists from Rotterdam University of Applied Science, HAN University of Applied Sciences, University of Leiden, Open University started their academic journey to QTC on 11th July.
Presided by Prof. Li Yongsheng, Chairman of Academic Committee, a seminar themed “Holland CBE and Vocational Education” was held in the Auditorium. Bert Hooijer from Rotterdam University of Applied Science, Prof. Joseph Kessels from Twente University and Open University, QTC overseas Reseach Fellow Wang Bingyan, and Henk Frencken from Leiden University respectively gave their reports on greening campus, CBE curriculum, and Holland vocational education.
Over 300 reps of the local governments, vocational schools and colleges, workshop trainees, QTC teaching faculties and students attended the seminar.
Vice President Qin Chuan talked on the opening ceremony, who briefly reviewed and summarized the cooperation and achievements between QTC and the Netherlands, and gave his special thanks to Prof. Henk Frencken, Education Consultant of Leiden University, and Wang Bingyan, QTC’s overseas Research Fellow, who have contributed greatly to the academic exchange activity.
